All customers are kindly asked to book an appointment, although walk-ins are welcome. If a cancellation is necessary, we kindly ask our customers to call during business hours and cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance for all single services and 48 hours in advance for any 2 or more services. Cancellations that are not received within the proper time frame are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will be subject to a 100% fee; therefore, for all services, a credit card or gift card number will be required at the time of booking. Please keep in mind that due to the nature of business, there will be a time that we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals, and the client will be responsible for full-service fees.
Due to the unique nature of our facility, we recommend you arrive up to 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that you have sufficient time to prepare to spa.
Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
Here at Himalayan Salt Cave, it is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of salt, skin, and body care products. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any other salt products within 15 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on any skin or body care items as we strive to keep our products sanitary for all customers. Thank you for your cooperation!
A 2.9% service charge will be applied to all spa sales. As an incentive for our valued customers, we will waive the service charge when paying with cash.
